Museum staff and volunteers have been working diligently the last few weeks to install the Contemplate Japan exhibition at the Brunnier Art Museum.

Above: Assistant Curator Sydney Marshall and Interpretive Specialist Brooke Rogers work together to install shelves made of bamboo that will hold an obi, which is a sash for a kimono.

Below left: Museum and Central Receiving staff lift and place the glass kimono sculptures by Karen LaMonte, which will be located in the Lori A. Jacobson Gallery.

Upper right: Volunteers DJ Lauritsen and Rae Reilly work on attaching fabric to the base for the festival dolls.
